An output is exposed unless the node type says otherwise
The rule
Normative: this is the rule

- Where the node type says nothing about it, the output is exposed: the default is fail-open.
Rule identifiers are permanent and are never renumbered. Each implementation publishes its own standing against these rules; this specification does not.spec 1.0-draft · SCH-7 · changed in spec 1.0
